About Us
My name is Allison and I fell in love with a boy; a Bosnian boy named Bakir.
Before him, I had never heard of Bosnia, let alone tried any of their food. We came from completely different backgrounds, he a Muslim Bosnian American and I spiritual California girl through and through.
Fast forward a couple of years and I am in Bosnia, tasting the most delicious, thinly sliced Suho meso (similar to beef proscuitto) and Sudjuka (similar to beef salami). Cheeses, breads, soups, and desserts I had never dreamed of!
Now here we are at the present. I realized, there isn't enough variety in the charcuterie business. I don't eat pork for dietary reasons and so many people don't eat it for religious reasons.
So I decided I would share my love of Bosnian meats and open charcuterie up to a wider audience. These meats are like nothing you've tried with the perfect combination of smokey, salty, slightly sweet flavors. Thank you for getting to know me a little and I can't wait to send you your first box!

I’ve used Halalcuterie twice now and both times have been amazing and she super delivered beyond our expectations. I hired her the second time for my daughter’s first birthday party and it was wildflower theme and she incorporated the theme in the design of the charcuterie table. I would highly recommend her services, she packages everything so nicely too! Plus those Bosnian halal meats she use are so delicious!
Halal cuterie, rich variety of cheese selection, fresh smoked beef, honey, nuts, fruit, salami and almonds. What else can you ask for. Everyone LOVED it. The package was very elegant and details in the flowers and colors were perfect. Everything was very fresh and tasty. So glad I found a halal fresh gift box that I can trust and enjoy with my friends. yummy 😋

I ordered for my bridal shower and it was everything I pictured my charcuterie box would be!!! Allison was helpful, creative, and very communicative through out the whole process!! My guests and family enjoyed their charcuterie box! I am glad I had a few extra and got to enjoy it the day after too!! I highly recommend! The meats, cheeses, and fruits were fresh!! Definitely will be ordering from halalcuterie again!!!
